This isn't major but i liked how they incorporated all the gauges in dead space onto the suit.

SKILL GRID! Sorry, but i loved the skill grid from Final fantasy X, it was a great concept and it was executed delightfully!

I also liked the time based system of EVE online (not for me) but it is nice to see some MMO changes.

Assistance off mode from Hawx was magnificent, in my opinion.

How about Folklore, when you use the sixaxis to rip souls out of downed enemies? that was fun!
