While I have too hard a time picking best soundtrack, my favorite single track would have to be the Stickerbrush Symphony from donkey kong 2. It's just so beautiful and soothing that I can listen to it at anytime and feel relaxed.

I don't remember much, but I know it was a 2-d fighter for the arcade. It was sometime in the 90s when I played it. I remember it having over a dozen fighters. The art style was anime inspired with bright colors. I'm also certain it wasn't any of the big name fighters.
