Has no one heard of ABSENTEE BALLOTS? Geez, it's the easiest thing in the world. Get it in the mail, check some boxes, mail it back. Go buy Halo on election day. A win for everyone. Maybe not every state offers absentee ballots. Can someone help me out here?
