I'd tell, over the years you might end up with a messy web of semi-lies and unspoken truths, and then it will probably be even worse telling them. Most people I know have been surprised with the level of acceptance shown by their parents in similair situations

I voted skinny, assuming we are talking sexually attracted. On a sidenote I've grown less willing to compromise over the years, but when we fall we fall hard so love-wise it is a bit unpredictable.

A yes, pen and paper RPGs! Not only are they a blast, all the source-material, rule-books and whatnot will keep you occupied for hours. Enjoying 'Dark Heresy' myself, atm.
