Would you count 'Rivals' as villians? Such as... Sipher in FFVIII, or Knuckles in the old Sonic games. In my opinion they have just as much credability as any other villian... but are slightly underrated.
Bowser's a terrible villain... every game... same plot to capture the princess... even nintendo themselves have agreed to bowser's annoyance. The same goes for Ganondorf...
Giovanni hasn't been spotted since pokemon yellow (i think)... he must hanve dies of old age by now :P

It's all well and good saying that but heroes are nothing without great villians! Solid Snake would be nothing without a perfect villian for him, and Liquid Snake was that perfect villian!
After playing Resident Evil 5 and defeating Wesker in an arguably spectacular fashion, it came to my attention;
WHY ARE ALL THE VILLIANS FINALLY DYING!?
Are there any great villians left in gaming?
P.S: robotnik was never great, only his voice in Sonic Adventure :P

For initials its always been A.A.A. No fuss required.
In RPGs its usually Gandhi, it used to make me LOL but now its kinda stuck to me.
Pokemon gets the exception however, I usually let the internet decide the names of my pokemon.
