If DMing, time constraints, lots of rules and planning are all problems then people need to look at games that support that, rather than just seeing D&D and giving up. There are plenty of good ones out there... Polaris, Universalis, Fiasco, Shab-al-Hiri Roach and more, it's just they usually get...
