Actually since it has a built in fore grip it is meant to be used with 2 hands. Thus it is an SMG, with a small magazine. Whereas a machine pistol is simply a pistol (1 hand) that fires in full auto (or burst)

That's actually pretty sweet lookin. The only thing I'd do is add a little blending to mold the AK upper in the receiver and the clip thing at the way front I'd blend into itself a little. And I'm guessing you had a small AK bolt hidden in the grip/shell tube. I don't think it should be visible ;)
