What platform? Do you remember what the purpose of the game was? Perhaps collecting diamonds = Boulder Dash or blowing up creatures = Dig Dug.

First games that come to my mind are either 'Jungle Hunt' or 'Aztec Challenge'. On the other hand, those game are older than 15 years so I'm not sure. What platform did you play that game on?
