Not sure if it would be considered a boss. But one of the big monster battles in Tales of Vesperia. Where you are forced for the first part of the battle to play as one character (one I never usually control, or even have in my party), with the rest of your party joining in later.

I would, but I can't. The two times I have done it, didn't really agree with me (sudden drop in blood pressure, which is not fun).
That is the only reason I can't, which is a pity.

Both for almost the exact same reasons, despite being on different systems. Both boring and annoying to play.
