Most definitely after every kill. None of my friends ever reload ever, so I thought I was the only one. I would always look at their clips and tell them to reload when they only had like 1 bullet left in the clip, and wouldn't do it themselves. I think it may irritate them, especially in RE5...

I always play on Normal or Hard. The only exception was DMC1 in which it took me a week to get halfway through on Normal, but it took me about 4 hours on Easy. That game needed some difficulty between Easy Automatic and "Normal."

General Flying Fox from Heavenly Sword. He torments small children.

Squirtle in Red Version, never got the same effect with the other starters, or games.

I have Liquid Snake with the MGS4 Eagle emblem in the background. Just cause Liquid is one of my favorite villains, and the Eagle is the sign of a marksman.
