I think it may be Lands of Lore 3! I'm looking into it.

No it wasn't the Redguard, Lands of Lore, any of the Gothics, nor Anvil of Dawn or any Ultima or spin of. Lands of Lore is feeling very close though, newer graphics I believe. So perhaps my year range is 1999-2006 ish. Little better, haha. By the way, much appreciation for even these ideas...

It was more around the quality of morrowind, but not so dusty if that makes sense, the games I listed are quite similar I believe. I only have a few scenes in mind at all.
