During the late 90's or early 2000's I played a game with a lizard, a dingo and a kangaroo as the main characters. You either dug up dinosaur bones or acted as a veterinarian in the wilderness. I believe you'd find a hurt animal and take it back to your camp to perform an x-ray or bandage it up...
