Hurt Locker wasn't great in my opinion. Total respect to the guys who do it but i dont like it as a film. Also 2001: A Space Odyssey was the most boring film i have ever seen IMO and i had to sit through Sex and the City 2 with my gf!

Age of Empire II, Red Alert

Played Sins of a Solar Empire for a bit an it was pretty good but nothing to get me hooked.

Age of Empires II! Such a good game especially the cheesy electro/synth music in the background! Cant get enough of it even with bad graphics and bad voices. I've also been known to play the first Red Alert from time to time and Tiberian Sun.

The article wasn't too bad you've just got to take it with a pinch of salt. I've never run into any of the glitches either (i'm on xbox) but the youtube vids are hilarious especially donkey-woman and cougar man!
