i think that the answer isnt REALISM that would be good, but something like left4dead where the replayability is 200 because it uses algorithims to make certain amounts and types of bad guys come at you depending on how well you are doing health wise or as a team. bottom line NO SCREAMING...

sports games,- there are to many controlls eveery game seems to have a broken camera and they are never in first personview GRAW1-2--too hard for me and there are WAY to many things to do, and nothing is as fun as the beggining scenes :(
