I don't have a problem with my dentist. I know a bunch of dentists so I suppose I'm used to speaking to them. In fact my dentist knows a couple of girls from my work (since I work a Dental care service and all.)

Most importantly, eat a good breakfast before going to the Dentist's as you will lose quite a bit of blood, Brush your teeth too obviously. Your Dentist should be clear on all the dos and don'ts after the treatment: Don't fidget the affected area too much, don't eat anything for a while...
