Eh personally I make a point to play female characters in table top or male characters who are nothing like me. I have always maintained if you play yourself in an RPG, you're not roleplaying. In my mind the point of roleplaying is to be someone else. In regards to online roleplaying, MMOs etc...

I also had my account jacked in the same manner you described. Recieved an email notifcation stating my account related email had been changed early Saturday May 17th, I sent in a ticket with my smurf acct and have yet to recieve a response and found the same god awful LACK of customer service...
