FF 7 for me. Mainly because it is the only one I have played except for FF3. Also i think sephiroth is awsome.

I personally prefer stylistic graphics as they give the game a unique look and feel. But I it dosen't really bother me, it's the game play that matters.

id say just electrics playing but you can name some bassists if you want i dont really know any and it would be good to listen to some good bassists
