Personally, I'd say get Red Alert 3. RA3 Uprising is a much shorter, single campaign stand alone expansion that's fun, but not really in keeping with what you'd expect from your usual C&C game (mostly based around small task-force missions, rather than real RTS type). C&C 4 is a terrible game...
