I would just put forward, on the circumcision thing, we already have laws that do say the parent's don't have total rights as to what happens to the kid when the decision is for largely religious reasons - best example I can give is Jehovah's witnesses and blood transfusion - they are overuled...
Oh, and repeated quoting of scripture in a debate with someone they know doesn't believe it. Fine it the context of this is where I stand and why, but useless when trying to make a point (about the existence of God, morality or science).
Civilisation 1. Considering how old it is, the gameplay is still compelling and complex, interface is pretty good. Graphics and sound obviously suffer, but don't hurt the core of a solid game.
Mario Kart 64. Compared to the DS version (pretty close to the same game, graphics pretty comparable) the handling on the karts is just awful.
Anything on the gameboys before backlight, purely because I can't see the damn things (I know this isn't really about consoles that have aged badly...
