    Cheapest attack any video game enemy ever gave you?

    Ninja Gaiden 1 (not black) - the second boss fight against Doku, after about 45 minutes of fighting through schools of ghost piranhas with no save zones...if you died you got to do it ALL again (and of course his "fuck you" attack that drains half your life and heals him up)
