- Dark Souls
I loved the feeling of dread and desolation this has. Also, the combat system is a lot of fun. I don't like how little the game tells you about important gameplay mechanics, though. If I've read the manual and all the tutorial messages, and made an honest effort to figure things...
During the tutorial for "Zoo Tycoon," the game tells you how to delete objects and then tells you to delete part of the fence surrounding your lion exhibit. When you do, the lion steps out and starts chasing your guests. The game then reprimands you, asking "Do you always do everything people...
In RPG's, I will take every item in a dungeon with me - even if it means running back to town to sell off my inventory, then coming back to pick up the last blank sheet of paper or rusty iron dagger or whatever.
Just buy The Elder Scrolls Anthology. [http://www.amazon.com/The-Elder-Scrolls-Anthology-Pc/dp/B00E9I1FPI] That way, if Morrowind turns out to be too uncomfortably old-school for you, you now have the much-more-accessible Oblivion to play. Plus, it has all the Skyrim DLC if you don't already...
I want more mech games. Big, stompy robots. I can't think of any games in the genre from the 360/PS3/Wii era, and that makes me sad. Hopefully Titanfall's financial success will help this happen, even if that game didn't impress me.
In Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, every unblocked enemy attack always hitstuns you. I'm okay with that. I expect my character to react to getting hurt, and it's generally not too game-ruining since most enemies attack slowly and give you time to dodge or raise your shield.
It becomes annoying...
I've never heard of Greninja, but he's apparently a ninja and I am totally down with that.
I'm still hyped for Megaman. Because he's mother-loading, Megaman!
Cortana from the Halo games is good.
She never gets in the way because she, you know, doesn't actually have a physical body. Her purpose is the story and gameplay is completely clear: she's there to open locked doors, hack computers, and find intel in a universe full of locked doors...
Underwear is great for if you think you might accidentally pee your pants and don't want the stain to show.
Otherwise, I am opting out of this question. If you want something that isn't tight and that let's your junk "breath," just don't wear underwear. Who's going to know?
I feel that way about "Dragon Age: Inquisition" right now. What I've seen of it looks promising, but I was so disappointed by "Dragon Age II" that I don't have the same faith in Bioware that I used to.
The only time I've used Steam for anything is when I bought a physical copy of "Skyrin." My Internet connection at home is very slow, and Steam takes long enough here to start up that it would often just give up and time out. Yes, there is a toggle-able option to have Steam start up in offline...
I'm going to take a moment here to point out that Americans do acknowledge November 11, but we call it "Veteran's Day." Although, it's meant to honor veterans from all our wars rather than just WWI.
BUT ANYWAY....
I'm pretty sure Bethesda just chose that date because 11/11/11 was easy to...
