Yeah i stopped playing a while ago... Aside from everything you mentioned, a lot of mechanics are really just unfun. Roadhog's hook, Mei as a whole... Any abilities that restrict movement I just find incredibly frustrating to play against. Sure, there's counterplay, and they're balanced, but...
Froom that list, I played Overwatch, Titanfall 2, and Battlefield 1 from that list. I voted Overwatch since it's probably the one I would most likely recommend to someone despite the fact I enjoyed it the least.
Titanfall 2 I enjoyed the most, but it has the most problems. More of the same...
I really didn't enjoy it. I played for about with a couple of friends, and I haven't played since. Now, admittedly, I'm absolute trash at it apparently, so I was just getting stomped all over the place. But I didn't find it interesting enough to keep playing. Arena shooters have never really...
On PC, even when it's not a free weekend, it's reasonably populated. I at least don't have problems finding a match (Western US). But I can't say anything about PS4.
I play CS:GO at a relatively high level. My team has been going through a bunch of roster changes this past fall, but in the next couple weeks we're hoping to get a solid fifth, bootcamp a bunch, and then play in a ton of leagues/tourneys this spring.
I spend time every daying practicing...

I do consider PCs superior to consoles in more than enough ways to justify the downsides (and it helps that I love talking and learning about harsware), but if I ever say "pcmasterrace" it's usually as a joke or when referring to r/pcmasterrace.
I play a lot of AAA games, and a sizeable number of indie games.
There are a lot of indie that I absolutely love to death, but they usually don't seem to have the longevity of AAA games I play. And I'm ok with that - I'm a competitive gamer, and although I really like rogue lites such as FTL...
I don't like how I am tied to Windows to play most of my games, I'm hoping most games I play get ported to Linux allowing me to switch to my distro of choice instead of having to rely on M$.
I don't like the business practices nVidia has been implementing lately, and I wish hardware was...
Nope, the playing field should not be level in terms of skill, but it should be in terms of items/cards/guns/etc. available, at least in competitive games such as CS:GO. There is no reason that someone playing their first 30 minutes of CS should have a chance against me, having played over 1k...
