Have you tried IKEA? They might have some wheel-less chair. I have wooden floor and a wheeled chair, but I have got a plastic mat beneath the chair (bought at IKEA). Try also second hand stores, they might have something that is even a bit classy from time to time.

Tell her what you feel and say something like "hey let?s grab some coffee, my treat.". It doesn?t have to be elaborate, just don't go "idk what do you want to do choose". And if she isn't interested in you, let it go.
