    It is a good game but with regards to being overrated...yes. The gameplay, storyline ect ect was good but nothing ground breaking or blew my mind. Worth a play for sure though.

    The only game where an NPC was any good was l4d. Otherwise if the option is there I try kill my npc's coz they always get in the way. Fallout 3 especially.
