Possibly the FFVII world (just cause :P) Or the infamous world (if i was a conduit) because the powers in the infamous world seem to be not exactly groundbreaking in terms of the superpower genre but they are applied in such creative ways that they would be a blast to use and as an added bonus...

Just one thing: BRING BACK THE TURN BASED COMBAT

Its gotta be Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time. the amount of hours, days, weeks, months ive spent on that game, completing it over and over again has gotta amount for something. that and the characters, the locations, the storyline, the combat, all of it just shines in my book
