In Halo 3 I've fired a rocket only to have it careening back to me by a random grenade explosion, What a piss off. I've also killed myself with the shotgun too, but even after going over the replay over and over I never could determine how it happened.

Depends on what feels right to you. I for one do not like inverted and it confuses the hell outta me, only certain games I can tolerate it, like Starfox.

Best thing you could do is call for support or go on the Xbox support website. Or you know you could totally like start yelling at it really really loudly and hope it starts to work again out of pure shame, call it a fat ass and say its momma is a 3DO.
