The issue isn't exclusively MW2 - I can't even load up a game anymore. It crashes (freezes) after less than a minute of being turned on, even if it's doing nothing at all. It's on a flat surface, standing up, on a wooden floor.

I was happily playing Modern Warfare 2 the other day when suddenly my PS3 cut out, gave me a black screen, beeped, then switched off completely. When I turned it back on, it switched on for about 30 seconds, then did the exact same thing. Tried again, and now it just freezes with a little bit...

Episode One is dull as a brush but, it did have a better sense of the Star Wars universe. Episode Two was the worst with the "love" story. Vomit. Episode Three at least had some decent fight scenes, but it still sucks a big one.
