There was something in Fallout Tactics 2 that said there was a lot of alligators in Florida due to a GECK but this may or may not be actually canon. Pretty much, its like having the best Fallout 3 DLC turn into a full fledged awesome game.

I'm against this to be honest. Not only that without good checking of the models and silhouette's would it make it hard to see who is about to pop lead/explosives/fire into my anus but it would be a bit cheap for somebody to have a smaller hitbox for using the female Engy instead of the male...

Have it take place in the Texas Commonwealth, the Gulf Commonwealth, or Canada (America annexed Canada, so why not use it.). Use the Skyrim Creation engine. Make the karma actually matter.
