Not really, as snipers, we are trained in both spotting and shooting. Both see the aftermath. Neither really WANTS to pull the trigger, so we never complained if one was the spotter. We actually sometimes fought over who spotted.

The biggest thing about us, is we never talk about the people we've personally killed. I have multiple confirmed kills and plenty unconfirmed. I never reveal the number, unless the price is right, along with the most gruesome.
