Great show, Jim and Yahtzee. One thing though: If you opt to have background rythm, please follow it. The drums do not make sense if they don't fit the rythm of your speech. Or vice versa.

I work as support specialist at a 2nd level support help desk. The cases you get are usually quite challenging. It's funny to see the tables turn on you and your customers being as educated as you are... And sometimes it's frustrating, not being able to solve problems just by looking closely...

When thinking of endings, I think of Portal. The ending itself wasn't all that imaginative, but you have to take the credits song into account and that is the icing on the cake. I did enjoy the ending of CoD4, that was one hell of a rush. I really can't see why Half Life scores that well...
