The real problem is fems who dress this way and than get offended if anyone notices. WTF? The worst ones seem to think that they can magically be only noticed the ones they chose.
In most cases, it is scarier when you only see glimpses of the monster and its work. This argument probably does not work to well in this example. However, I think some movies do this to try to break away from gore-fests like Saw. This is why you see the aftermath and not the person dieing...
What about a dream weapon, as in used in your dreams to hurt other dreaming people, but you have to keep it in someone else's dreamscape. Thus both of you need to be dreaming to use it. Even better if its power came from the cady's dreaming ability. So chose wisely.
It seems that people are forgetting that Shadowrunner is not a good example of "true" cyberpunk because it has magic. Dark near-future and modern with magic is shadowpunk.
