    sadly no. I also remember that you could upgrade your car so it was able to drive even ON the water. If that helps..

    Searching a game - I think it was on the Playstation 1 It was like an open world and you were driving a car. You were driving around doing quests and races. I also remember you could upgrade your care so it could drive underwater and stuff. Any ideas? Thanks
