I liked the way the game let you be a complete bastard - not to mention the moral grey areas in the game. But I didn't find the main storyline to be at all compelling. I never got the sense that the main enemy was in any way a credible threat.

There is indeed a retail version - two in fact, Japanese and Chinese/Asian. But only the Asian version has english text, so get that version if you're going to. It'll end up costing you a few quid more than the online version, but some stores are giving away a free soundtrack CD with it. I've...
