Completely agree. The orignal Paper Mario, as well as Paper Mario and The Thousand Year Door are some of my favourite games of all time. I can still go back and play them and enjoy them just as much as I did the first time. It's rare to find a game that feels fun so consistently.

Final Fantasy is something I've never been able to get in to. I've tried on a couple occasions, but I've never been a fan of the gameplay. I get why people like them, I just always seem to find myself bored with them fairly quickly.

Pretty much any of the psychopaths in Dead Rising 2 on the first playthrough. You know, before you learn some of those kinda useful skills, like 'dodge'. That one would have been nice to have.

I definitely agree that Space Sims are not dead in the literal sense. The indie market is outstanding for being able to take risks on genres that the larger publishers wont, so I have faith that I won't be lacking for options to satisfy my space sim fix. I guess what I'm really curious about...
