Fallout 3. There were some choices in the game that really made me think about my moral standing. I'm not comfortable with a game making me look that deep into myself just to solve a quest.

I was a bit surprised that Freelancer wasn't mentioned more often in this thread. It's a solid game, and one with so many mods. My household still plays it regularly. Sure it can get a bit old after a few weeks, but then you just get a new mod and start over. Then there's X3. A solid game...
