I remember when I got mine removed, it was terrible. I didn't take any pills though, it took about a week for my mouth to feel better. The pain was pretty damn bad, the pills are actually pretty good, I stopped taking them though because of the side effects. You can probably tough out the pain...

I still watch his videos for a nice laugh when I'm bored, that being said, I wouldn't expect someone to keep their videos consistently funny without them running out of material. It must be annoying to have to speed run through a game and find faults, then make clever/witty snipes at them...
