There was also the GBA bombshell: Sword of Mana. I pure abortion waiting to happen in the Mana titles. Just plain hideous leveling, the bosses were easy, just time consuming, and the pace of the game just wasn't worth the effort. Then came Children of Mana on the DS. I thought the previous one...

My basis was on broken gameplay, horrible controls, god awful story, and the feeling like repeatedly punching your genitals would be more enjoyable.

I have 2 entries on my part. the first: the original 4 Dot Hack games. Pure misery. What good is there for you being a sub par hero, slogging through 500 dungeons that all pretty much look alike? Still it was a real treat compared to Emphermal Fantasia. Horrible control scheme, piss poor story...
