I got Jagged Alliance 2 Gold Pack from play.com and that worked on Win 7 64 bit fine. Only issue I had was a missing save converter for "Unfinished Business", which is also an issue for people who got it off steam. I was able to get some guy on IRC to upload it for me, which was nice of him.
