The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games are some of my favorite and Deus Ex is in fact my absolute favorite game of all time, and I like the bleeding and radiation effects and how you need to heal them in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and the separate body parts health was refreshing and really drew me in to Deus Ex...
