I don't hate fallout or anything like that but that game (fallout new vegas) does annoy me sometimes. The fps element just doesn't feel as polished as it could be. They spend more time on the rpg aspect of it without balancing them both out.

How could you turn the sound off? Have you tried playing Dead Space with the sound off? That would definitely ruin the game. I try to appreciate all the work the developers put into the project. But then again I play halo while listening to music because the game doesn't really utilize its sound...
