In some states (Arizona for one) you dont need a permit to open carry, you just have to be over the age of 21. But in order to conceal carry you have to go through a program, the is regluated by your state. However, openly carrying anywhere can get you into more trouble than you were looking...

There is not any thing keeping the government from banning movies or television. Its just those are considered "art" and video games are not, yet. If you want to know more about the whole lawsuit trying to ban/regulate video games, watch the "Extra Credits" that talks about it.
