Legend of Zelda on the NES. Hooked on RPG's for life. One of my kids went on to shooters and the other followed in her old ma's footsteps. I would bet that their first game was whatever the first Mario on the NES was, but they, too, may have started with LOZ.

Forget Sephiroth, or worse, Seifer (who wasn't actually a villain, just a misguided romantic) and Kuja? Don't make me laugh! The lamest of them all was Sin, Final Fantasy X (sequel doesn't count). This poor slob was just somebody's dead Dad who got lost in time somehow. Totally pathetic...
