Jet can mining, if you can find a nice, empty system. Mine with the osprey, then jettison when your hold is full. Then keep adding ore to the jet can until it's the same amount as your industrial's hold. Dock the osprey, then go to the can in the indy, and bring the ore back. Best way IMO.
