i find that anger causes me to be far more confident than i normally am. when i'm pissed off i could say anything to anyone and not be concerned. i sometimes make myself angry while exercising to make myself go further.

i'm a bit of an insomniac too. the best thing to do is to tire yourself out during the day and try switching to decaf stuff. my sleep patterns are really strange. i sleep at night and then sometimes i sleep when i get home from college for a couple of hours.

currently, all i really have to be proud of is my younger brothers exam results that he got this year. he did really well and i'm proud that he managed to proved the people wrong who wrote him off as a child. its nice to see him do that.
