Actually now I'm 99% sure it was called lob. I found an old list of bat files I used to use to launch games, and there definately was one called lob in there. Weird I can't find anything on the net about it though... Solved: The game is called War-8}!

I have a game I thought I knew, but now I'm not so sure. It was a tank game extremely similar to Tank Wars, but much simpler. Was 2 player only, had only 4 or 5 weapons to choose from, and was a very simple dos based game without menus or mouse control. aiming and power levels was done using...
