I've always talked about how it would be cool to have the next game take place in colonial America, but I never really put any thought into it, your idea sounds much better and more planned out, and it would be very interesting to see it in the game.

meh, maybe. Probably the reason why there isn't any in-game is because the average soldier (or mercenary in this case) is male, so including females would feel inaccurate to the stereotypes of the characters.

Metal Gear Solid is not the best franchise ever, I didn't really like Mass Effect or Oblivion, Kingdom Hearts was ok but now that the story is totally bananas, it's not anymore, I just don't like mainstream shooters.
