I voted 2. Mainly because it is pretty much a stand-alone installment of the series. Otherwise, start with 1 then move on to 3 since they're the connected ones.
Repo Men. I wouldn't recommend it especially if you get depressed easily. I'd recommend Repo the Genetic Opera instead, if only for the kick-ass music.
