M16 easy. Its awesome, it'll shoot when you need it to shoot, it's got great accuracy and range, the ability to have a full-auto, three round burst, or single fire feature is a very necessary thing to have (specially in a survival game if ammo is hard to come by. Also I'd rather go with an M16...
