Such a HUGE disappointment they didn't announce Half-Life 3 after all this.
Don't be so quick to judge the controller by its looks. Despite the ugly button layout, I'm hoping those circular pads actually handles better than traditional sticks (it probably will because it's valve after all).
So I was discussing shooters with a friend and he came to the conclusion that Duke Nukem Forever was unfortunately one of the better shooters this generation. Naturally, I went ahead and wrote a short list of titles that are clearly better, one of them being good ol' Half Life 2, but somehow we...
It's an interesting interpretation of the material, But here's my take on why this theory doesn't work.
1. The epilogue.
2. Not sure if anyone has pointed this out yet, but the Prothean VI on Thessia is able to detect the presence of reaper indoctrination, and it actively vocalises this...
In the context of the game's universe, of course.
It would explain how most dinosaur species died out within a narrow timeframe near the end of the cretaceous period. That would have been 1,300 cycles ago o.o

I don't have an opinion on how enjoyable Origin is because I'm avoiding it like the fucking plaque. Sorry EA, but thats just one less ME3 collector's edition pre-order to worry about.
I enjoyed the humour at the start but I kinda got lost when it jumped to live action.. really think it should have been machinima'd. But After the first two minutes it's just the same continuous joke, did it really need to be 7 minutes long? Just IMO of course.
What does this have to do with...

Better dungeons and environments
Better voice acting (I don't know why, but something about Oblivion detracted from even Sean Bean's dialogue)...
Another reason it would be good to have it set on the Summerset isles is that it would make less work for Bethesda not having to match it up with surrounding provinces. I don't think I'm the only one slightly bothered by Skyrim being foresty around the centre, but having snow at both the top and...
