    Recording to an iPad

Does anybody know if it's possible to, instead of using something like FRAPs or Bandicam, connect the iPad to a PC and record whatever's on the screen (games for the most part) straight to the iPad? Edit: Typos

My bad, I have changed the motherboard but I forgot to save it. Build is actually this: PCPartPicker part list [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k7qq] / Price breakdown by merchant [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k7qq/by_merchant/] / Benchmarks [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k7qq/benchmarks/]...

Okay, taking all in to account again, the build now stands at this: PCPartPicker part list [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k6eu] / Price breakdown by merchant [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k6eu/by_merchant/] / Benchmarks [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k6eu/benchmarks/] CPU: Intel Core...

I'm not too bothered about the HDD. I was going for speed more than anything but when more fundage becomes available I'll probably stick an SSD in there, and until then I have another HDD that I'll be salvaging from an old PC.

I was hoping to be able to keep as far under £1000 as possible - I'm pretty comfortable with the £750-850 set-up people here have helped me put together. Thanks though. Okay, so the list as of now is this: PCPartPicker part list [http://pcpartpicker.com/uk/p/k0Dc] / Price breakdown by...

I'd probably be inclined to agree with you simply because I trust Asus more as a company, but what's the difference between the MSI and ASUS boards? You mean this one, right...

After taking a look at the $1000 build, mine isn't too far off it tbh. In light of it though, I've added the Xigmatek Loki SD963 92 mm CPU Cooler and a 90GB OCZ SSD.

Okay, having taken into account what you guys have been saying, here's what I have so far: EVGA GeForce 660Ti Intel Core i5 3570K Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x4GB MSI Z77A-GD65 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard I'm also looking to get it all in to this case if possible...

Hi all, Looking to build myself the best machine I can with about a grand (in GBP, that is). I built one a few years ago before Intel started with its i-series processors and have since completely lost track of all the sockets and whatnot motherboards need. Ideally I'd like to get a 3rd...

Make your job title sound better

Test Bay Technical Team Leader ...that's my actual job title (but it's not as cool as it sounds - for example, I'm meant to be working right now.)

    So I'm overhauling my desktop...

It doesn't appear to be 80 PLUS certified, but it is a CoolerMaster so it's not a budget brand. The 80 PLUS certification is for energy efficiency anyway, so I'm not too bothered. Doing a bit of reading on the GTX580, the cooling solutions on it appear to be a skip and a jump ahead of those...

    So I'm overhauling my desktop...

The PSU is 850W and the chassis is plenty big enough, so I haven't bothered to mention those things. Are the 580s prone to overheating? Cooling in the case I have is generally pretty good (I've never had any problems). As for the hard drive, I'll probably not be upgrading, and if I do it will...

Poll: Games you loved and then dropped

WoW: I drop this at exactly the same time every year: as soon as University starts up (or school, as it used to be). I really enjoy it over the Summer, but I find it just eats up far too much time when I'm meant to be working or having a real life, so I let my subscription run out at the end of...

    So I'm overhauling my desktop...

I've decided to go back to 'The Beast' as she used to be called. I dusted her off and carefully cleaned her to the best of my ability. Then I go and turn her on, and she's just not what I remember her being. I've switched over to gaming on my laptop the past couple of years, but 'The Beast'...
